In today's episode, the final finisher of the 2023 TCS Marathon, Francine Silver, shares advice on how to keep going when you want to quit.

Francine Silver, 50, of Rahway, NJ, took more than 12 hours to finish the 26.2-mile course. Her husband, Michael, joined her unexpectedly before they got lost at Mile 11...What an adventure!

We caught up with her on a bench across from Tavern on the Green at the West 67th Street entrance to Central Park. What a fun interview!
